Thanks of rotation, the weight of the rollers passes into centrifugal force, the heavier the speed changes as well as vice versa.
Setting a variator:
By reducing the weight of the rollers, the engine speed increases, and vice versa.
Each driver has to find out for himself which revolutions are suitable for him, this is done with samples of different weights.
Our advice!
With the change of variation rollers, each scooter can be set exactly for its driving conditions. You should keep in mind that the more tuning the scooter is, the more sensitive it is to changing the weight of the variator rollers. Be careful and do not experiment with too many different weights on the rollers. Remember: the correct adjustment of the variator is really necessary in order not to lose the power of the motor. Too light rollers force the motor unnecessarily, and with too heavy rollers you will not get any acceleration.
